Artistic Manager

This role works closely with entity teams to ensure cost efficiency, brand alignment, and a cohesive guest experience. The position fosters cross-venue collaboration, supports talent sourcing and in-house artist development, and drives innovative programming in line with the Doha Oasis event calendar.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement group-wide entertainment and event programming aligned with the Doha Oasis event calendar
- Coordinate seasonal concepts and special activations across F&B outlets to create a unified brand experience.
- Identify opportunities to develop in-house talent under Doha Oasis sponsorship to reduce costs and strengthen brand identity.
- Work closely with F&B Heads and entity teams to ensure entertainment activities remain within approved budgets.
- Support cost optimization by promoting cross-venue programming and talent sharing.
- Advise on cost-effective vendor and artist contracts while maintaining quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage in-house artists when beneficial for the group.
- Maintain a database of trusted performers and suppliers for future events.
- Perform personally in events if artistically skilled, when requested, to enhance the guest experience.
- Partner with F&B Heads, General Managers, and the Marketing Department to ensure all entertainment concepts align with operational capacity and promotional strategies.
- Design unique artistic concepts tailored to the identity of each Doha Oasis brand.
- Ensure entertainment programming reinforces brand positioning and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and technical requirements for all entertainment and events.
- Monitor performance quality and collect guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Event Management, Performing Arts, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Arts Administration, Event Production, or Business Management (preferred for senior or group-level roles)
- Experience working in hospitality, tourism, live entertainment, resorts, or cultural venues.
