To provide excellent dining service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Greet guests politely and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Clear and clean tables after each course and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant as per standard operating procedures.
Handle customer payments accurately and operate the POS system.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Mandatory barista background.
