Is responsible for providing high-level administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Group Director of Food & Beverage and Group Executive Chef. This role ensures smooth inter-entity communication, accurate and timely data management, and the preparation of professional reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making. The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive operational and strategic information.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, track, and analyze all F&B operational and financial data across Doha Oasis entities.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal meetings, CEO reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation for the Group Director F&B and Group Executive Chef.
  • Coordinate inter-entity communication to ensure smooth information flow across all F&B outlets.
  • Follow up on assigned action points to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data for budget planning, project tracking, and operational reviews.
  • Support the approval process for recruitment of all supervisor-level and above positions by tracking candidate status and documentation.
  • Handle sensitive operational, financial, and strategic information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Office Administration or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in food & beverage, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good communications skills.
  • Administrative and organizational skills.
