Support Services Manager
EngineeringJob Reference#9e113dfd-3582-4e7d-be86-781a1d8a6431Support Services Manager will lead and oversee all security operations across Doha Oasis, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, staff, children, company assets, and facilities. The Security Manager will coordinate and supervise the security team, manage crowd control, vehicular traffic, theft and loss prevention, and emergency response operations. This role also includes protecting the organization’s infrastructure —including buildings, equipment, and materials — by proactively identifying risks, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring a secure, welcoming environment across all zones such as retail, entertainment, hospitality, and residential areas.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily security operations across all zones including retail outlet.Ensure deployment of security personnel is sufficient, efficient, and responsive to all
operational needs and peak times.Conduct regular patrols and inspections of all areas to deter and detect irregularities,
unauthorized presence, or safety risks.Implement and enforce procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and loss or damage of
company property, facilities, and infrastructure.Investigate incidents of suspected theft, property damage, or negligence, and coordinate
with HR or legal departments where necessary.Collaborate with Guest Services to address and resolve any guest-related security concerns.Prevent unauthorized access by enforcing vehicle control procedures and monitoring
suspicious activities.Serve as the on-site lead during critical incidents until relieved by emergency services or senior management.Monitor all CCTV feeds, access control points, alarm systems, and other security
technologies.Lead, supervise, and mentor the entire security team including guards, supervisors, and control room staff.Schedule shifts, manage attendance, conduct training, and assess performance to maintain
high operational standards.Monitor compliance with safety and security policies and report violations for corrective
action.Prepare detailed reports of all incidents, accidents, breaches, and investigations with
supporting evidence and recommendations.Support major events, public holidays, and VIP visits with proactive planning and additional security measures
Qualifications- Proven experience (5+ years) in security management or supervisory security roles
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern security systems and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle confidential information.
- Relevant security certifications or licenses as required by local regulations
