Operating under the guidance of the DO social media & Corporate Communications Manager, and in close collaboration with the Culinary Portfolio Growth & Marketing Manager, this role brings portfolio priorities, signature events, and high-profile campaigns to life across digital platforms.
This position moves beyond outlet-level promotions to focus on storytelling, prestige positioning, and innovative content that highlights new product launches, curated experiences, and social-first campaigns designed to elevate the portfolio’s reputation, engage diverse audiences, and generate both B2B and B2C demand. Working closely with the Brand Marketing, Digital, and Content teams, the role ensures that the Doha Oasis Culinary Portfolio is consistently positioned as a destination for award-winning dining and hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a content calendar for the culinary portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overarching group social media strategy.
- Create and publish premium, visually engaging content for Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Facebook and Youtube.
- Implement social media campaigns that amplify the portfolio's signature experiences, seasonal launches and B2B catering capabilities.
- Support coverage of portfolio participation in destination - wide and high-profile events (e.g Formula 1, major tournaments.)
- Actively monitor and respond to community interactions, ensuring engagement aligns with brand tone.
- Work with relevant influencers, creators and media partners to generate content and coverage that support campaign KPIs.
- Analyze results to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with food, lifestyle and luxury media to secure earned visibility for the portfolio.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications and Digital Media or related filed.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing social media for premium F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Proven portfolio of creative, high-impact social media content.
- Strong proficiency in social platform publishing and analytics tools, (e.g. Sprout Social, Brandwatch, native platform analytics)
- Skilled in copywriting and visual storytelling for luxury audiences.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing influences activations.
