This role is responsible for producing high-impact visual assets across digital, motion, and print formats. It requires strong expertise in advanced design tools, video animation, and 3D/4D CGI, supporting our transition to a digital-first ecosystem while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.

The position requires hands-on creative execution across multiple formats focused on digital in addition to static, motion, and immersive media, ensuring all outputs are visually engaging, technically precise, and aligned with Doha Oasis’s digital first and creative vision.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce digital, animated, static and motion-based assets for campaigns, social media, websites, digital screens, exhibition stands and large-format displays.
  • Develop 3D/4D and CGI assets for brand activations, immersive experiences, and events.
  • Edit, animate, and enhance video content for promotional and internal purposes.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Doha Oasis’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Adapt designs for various platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Explore new visual techniques, tools, and trends in design, animation, and immersive media.
  • Recommend creative solutions to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with content creators, campaign managers, and photographers/videographers to integrate design with storytelling.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when required for specialized production needs.
  • Maintain organized file structures and manage an accessible asset library for ongoing use.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio in motion graphics, animation, and 3D/4D design.
  • Proven experience in creating multimedia assets for lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, or retail brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across print, digital, and immersive formats.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • 3D/4D design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) and rendering software.
  • Video editing and compositing techniques.
  • CGI and visual effects integration.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
  • Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
