To provide supportive administrative work to the Department for smooth operation. Acts as a liaison between legal, internal departments, and regulatory bodies to ensure the organization operates within legal frameworks and maintains high ethical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of compliance programs and initiatives.
  • Handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents, compiling data
  • Preparing reports, maintaining contact lists, ad managing archive databases.
  • Documentation preparation, maintain logs and reports of compliance activities.
  • Scheduling and organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, compliance or related fields.
  • Typically, 1 - 2 years' experience in administrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of record keeping and filling systems.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills when and if needed.
