Legal Compliance Coordinator

Acts as a liaison between legal, internal departments, and regulatory bodies to ensure the organization operates within legal frameworks and maintains high ethical standards.
Responsibilities- Support implementation of compliance programs and initiatives.
- Handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents, compiling data
- Preparing reports, maintaining contact lists, ad managing archive databases.
- Documentation preparation, maintain logs and reports of compliance activities.
- Scheduling and organization
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, compliance or related fields.
- Typically, 1 - 2 years' experience in administrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of record keeping and filling systems.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills when and if needed.
