Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, and as part of the Digital Marketing Unit under the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud (D2C), Service Cloud, and other digital initiatives, including the mobile app.

The position combines front-end development expertise with campaign execution and performance reporting, supporting CRM, loyalty-related activities, and other digital products or tools that contribute to digital and brand KPIs. This role works closely with the UX/UI team (IT), designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure all outputs are visually engaging, technically sound, brand-aligned, and commercially effective.

Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive, high-performing email templates using HTML, inline CSS, and AMPscript
  • Apply personalization through AMPscript and dynamic content based on Data Extensions and behavioral data.
  • Test and optimize email rendering across devices and clients using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to deploy and test automated journeys in Journey Builder.
  • Create and maintain responsive, user-centric interfaces for D2C ecommerce experiences
  • Implement design systems, reusable components, and brand-compliant front-end modules.
  • Integrate APIs and dynamic content in collaboration with backend teams.
  • Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Customize Service Cloud interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Visualforce.
  • Apply styling and UX refinements to service portals, FAQs, and forms in alignment with the UX/UI team.
  • Support CRM and other digital activities to desIncorporate loyalty-related offers, points tracking, and member-exclusive experiences into emails, websites, and the mobile app.ign and deliver personalized campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute mobile app marketing campaigns, integrating CRM and loyalty content.
  • Implement multi-channel digital campaigns across email, web, mobile app, and social integrations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with Digital, Brand Marketing, and Content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Partner with the UX/UI IT team for all interface designs, ensuring technical feasibility and brand alignment.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities under the digital portfolio as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or related modules preferred.
  • 4+ years in front-end web/email development, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
  • Experience with CRM-driven campaign execution and loyalty program integration.
  • Mobile app campaign execution and analytics (coordinating with IT/app developers).
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA preferred).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud (LWC/Visualforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
