Corporate Marketing and Partnership Manager
MarketingJob Reference#33feb0b1-e007-4b41-993a-80791e6bfda5Corporate Marketing & Partnership Manager is responsible for driving our corporate marketing initiatives under the leadership of the Group Marketing & Communications Director, aiming to support with key objectives including establishing strategic partnerships and corporate marketing identity to enhance Doha Oasis Group and its properties market presence and business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, sales, operations, product development and senior management, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our corporate objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing strategies to achieve corporate goals and broaden business and partnership opportunities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive mutual business growth and market expansion
- Manage the end - to -end execution of corporate marketing campaigns and activities, including budgeting, scheduling, collateral, execution, events and performance tracking
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with the sales and operation team to develop corporate marketing materials and programs that support marketing, sales and operational efforts
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corporate marketing activities and partnerships
- Act as an internal knowledge leader of corporate and marketing strategies
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate and partnership marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Define target audiences, messaging and channels to maximize reach and impact
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field ( Master Degree's preferred)
- Proven experience in corporate & sales marketing, partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of corporate & business development marketing strategies and tactics, including corporate digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholder
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track records of successful project management and campaign execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or related position
