Responsible for managing the relationship between the organization and government entities. The role involves ensuring compliance with all government regulations, facilitating communication with public sector stakeholders, securing required licenses or permits, and representing the organization in meetings with government officials. Acts as the main liaison between the company and regulatory bodies to promote and protect the interests of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Processing promotional permits.
  • Renewing trade license
  • Registering new commercial activities.
  • Handling company names changes and amendments.
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial regulations.
  • Issue all kinds of permits related to MOCI and MOC.
  • Processing employees transfer sponsorships.
  • Visa approvals and amendments.
  • Notarizing and attesting documents.
  • Handling embassies correspondence.
  • Ensuring compliance with embassy regulations for document processing.
  • QID renewals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in government relations, regulatory affairs, or public policy.
  • Strong understanding in government structures, legal regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred bilingual candidates ( Arabic and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
