Government Relations Coordinator
Government RelationsJob Reference#0c83df1a-bc89-428d-a5b4-0ee326c2d818Responsible for overseeing and streamlining Government Relation Department activities, ensuring efficient communication, and managing resources to achieve successful and smooth delivery. This role will support the whole Team in planning execution, and monitoring while maintaining schedules, budget and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating task across teams and mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with the company policies and industry standards. In addition, this role will manage email and communication traffic.
Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for task distribution and coordination.
- Assign jobs to the team members based on workload, skills and priorities.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate any challenge or delays to management and suggest solutions.
- Maintain records and assigned tasks and completed works.
- Support in improving workflow efficiency and team productivity.
- Ensure sensitive company, HR, employees and department information is handled securely.
- Document and report any safety incidents related to Government Relations activities.
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements and prevent unauthorized data sharing.
- Implement secure filling practices for Government Relations Dept.' s data, contact and internal documents.
- Maintain accurate records of government communications, agreement and compliance documents.
- Tracking policy initiatives and managing multiple deadlines
- Bachelor degree or High School diploma and more than 1 - 2 years experienced in this field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced policy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Preferred bilingual candidates (Arabic and English)
